Another great example of a nice Walmart skirt is this one that I wore to the first Pesach seder. It is pretty nice quality for about $13! It doesn't have a slip layer under it but I actually like that because its opaque enough on its own and its always nice to wear less layers when possible in this hot Florida weather.
